About Me
Pronouns They/Them
I've been training since 2012 as both a corrective exercise specialist and a body neutralist. I find it very important to focus on the things we can do rather than the things we can't, by doing that we can work to improve our movement patterns and strength in a way that won't leave us feeling disenchanted with the process.
If you're training for a powerlifting meet or just want to live with less pain, or if you want to have more energy I want to help.
I have always enjoyed competing in various feats of fitness. In High School I was on the track team as a sprinter and in my early 20s discovered triathlons which eventually lead me to compete in the USAT Nationals competition in 2014. I'm currently training and competing in the Super Heavyweight division of Strongman and eventually want to go to nationals.
I want to be able to share this passion with everyone in a safe and inclusive environment which is one of the reasons I currently train out of Body Arc, A queer based gym in Richmond, VA.

Malisa
I am getting back into resistance training after several injuries. After two months, I am seeing improvement in strength and movement. Zach has been great to adapt my workouts to accommodate my limitations while moving me forward at the same time. Their focus on form and functional movement is exactly what I need at this time in my life.
